I had to cancel my balloon order kind of last minute, and I was a little stressed about how the refund would turn out. It took a couple days before I heard anything back, which wasn’t ideal, but in the end they got it handled and the money came back fine. I can’t really explain it, but I appreciated that it didn’t turn into a whole big problem. A faster reply would’ve been nice, but overall it felt fair.

I was a little nervous ordering because I didn’t want to end up wasting money on something that would fall flat at the party, but the balloon arrangement turned out really nice. The colors looked great together and it was clearly put together with care. It wasn’t exactly what I had pictured in my head, but it still looked cute and added a lot to the setup. I’d use oneupballoons.ca again.

I ordered these balloons because the colours in the photos looked like they would match my party theme, but they ended up looking different in person. One colour was much brighter than I expected, and another looked a bit dull compared to the pictures. I could still use them, but they didn’t really fit the setup the way I had hoped. Since the colours were the main reason I chose them, I was a little let down...

I was able to find what I needed, though I’ll admit I quickly assumed the menu was going to be a hassle on my phone because it felt a little confusing right away. Checkout worked fine in the end, but it wasn’t the smoothest experience.

You can choose the colours, wording, and overall style without feeling overwhelmed, which I think other customers would appreciate too. The final setup turned out really close to what I had pictured, and the whole process was smooth. I’d definitely consider using them again for another party.

I ordered a few balloons for a small birthday setup, and to be fair, they looked really nice when they arrived. The colours were just as expected, and delivery was smooth with no issues there.
The downside was that the helium didn’t last nearly as long as I thought it would. A few of them were already starting to droop later that night, and by the next morning some were practically on the floor. They were cute while they lasted, but for the price, I expected them to stay up a bit longer.

I thought it was good overall. It worked out well for me, and I was happy enough with it that I’d consider ordering it again.

I was feeling mentally drained when this arrived, so I was just relieved that the packaging was solid and there were no issues. Everything looked fine and was packed well.

The customer service was okay overall, but the response time definitely could’ve been better. I had a question about my order and ended up waiting longer than I expected, which got a little frustrating since I was trying to plan around an event.

They did eventually get back to me, and the reply was polite and helpful enough, so I can’t say it was a bad experience. I just really wish they had answered sooner, because when you’re ordering for something important, that waiting around can make you feel stressed.

The only thing that annoyed me was how clunky some of the steps felt, and I had to double-check the delivery details before paying just to be sure. Also, the reminders felt a little aggressive, like I get it, I’ll finish my order. Not terrible, but not especially smooth either, so 3 stars feels fair...

I paid extra for same-day delivery because I needed the balloons that day, and they still showed up the next day. that’s frustrating. If you’re charging more for faster delivery, it should actually happen.

The staff just didn’t seem very professional to me at all. It was disappointing.

The balloons were totally fine, but the delivery area was a little more limited than I expected. They only deliver to certain nearby areas, so I had to change my pickup plans a bit. It was not a huge problem, but I would definitely recommend checking your address before ordering.

I mean, the stuff they have is fine and I didn’t hate it at all. Actually, some of it was good. But then again, the selection felt kind of small, and I kept wishing there were more options to pick from. Not a bad experience, just not super exciting either
